Bradley R. Peyton is President and Chief Investment Officer of Clarity Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Peyton received his B.S. degree from Iowa State University in 1979 and his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1984. He practiced with the law firm of Nyemaster, Goode, McLaughlin, Emery and O’Brien, Des Moines, Iowa, from 1984-86, focusing primarily in the areas of business, taxation and qualified retirement plans.

In 1986 he joined the Farm Bureau Family of Financial Planning Services, West Des Moines, Iowa, where he served as Chief Investment Counsel until 1992. Mr. Peyton served in executive capacities in various privately held businesses until he formed Clarity Asset Management, Inc. in 1997.

He is a Chartered Financial Consultant of the American College (1989) and a Chartered Mutual Funds Counselor of the College for Financial Planning (1999).

Mr. Erickson has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and oversees all client financial planning for Resource Planning Group, Inc. His expertise is in developing comprehensive financial plans to help clients meet their long-term financial goals.

He graduated from Iowa State University in 1979 with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology. He received both his Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from the American College in 1987.

Mr. Larson is a 1975 graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. degree in Business. He was employed by Des Moines Savings & Loan and Ames Savings & Loan in Ames, Iowa, from 1975 to 1989, where he was assistant vice president and financial officer with responsibilities for asset management and asset restructuring for over $110 million in assets. As a member of the Financial Managers Society and the Savings and Loan Institute, he taught several continuing education classes on management and supervision.

Mr. Larson has also been active in theological education and pastoral leadership, which he pursued as his full-time profession from 1989 to 2000, conducting leadership training seminars throughout the United States and Southeast Asia on behalf of the Biblical Institute for Leadership Development (BILD) – International.

Mary D. Pitcher is President and founder of Compliance Resources, Inc., as well as Chief Compliance Officer of Clarity Asset Management, Inc. Ms. Pitcher has 24 years of industry experience, serving as a federal regulator and investment adviser/financial institution compliance officer.  With experience representing the federal government and the private sector, Mary understands the practical implementation of rules and communicates complex issues to examiners in a way that all parties understand.

She graduated from the University of Iowa in 1984 with a B.B.A. degree with an emphasis in Finance.
